Build trust, improve communication, and strengthen your culture through a practical Enneagram experience designed for real teams.

When people understand what drives them and their colleagues, teamwork improves. The Enneagram helps your team explore motivation, communication, stress, strengths, blind spots, and growth.
This is not a generic personality workshop. It is a facilitated team-development experience designed to support employee health, prevent burnout, and build a stronger organizational culture.
Workshops include interactive learning, guided reflection, small-group discussion, real-world scenarios, and practical action planning.

A better way
Many Enneagram workshops rely on one test result. That can lead to mistyping, confusion, or shallow learning.
Our recommended Tier 1 process gives your team stronger support before the workshop begins. We use two assessments, a brief survey, and type-confirmation support when results do not match.
Once team member types are confirmed, we prepare a team map to ensure the workshop speaks to your team’s actual dynamics.
When typing is more accurate, the learning is more personal. When the team map is prepared in advance, the workshop becomes more useful for real communication, stress, collaboration, and culture patterns.
Two workshop options are available.
Tier 1 is recommended for most teams because the preparation makes the workshop more accurate, personal, and useful.

Bonita and Samantha worked with our team on a combined Personal Boundaries session and an Enneagram workshop. They are both excellent presenters who know their subject matter inside and out. They were very dedicated to work with us in advance to understand what we were experiencing and the issues we needed to address. They give positive, encouraging and yet sometimes difficult feedback. I would highly recommend them and would love to work with them again in the future.

Our team recently had the opportunity to learn about our Enneagram types – nine personality types based on core motivations. By sharing our preferred communication styles, what motivates and energizes us and how we behave under stress, we deepened our understanding of each other and unlocked new ways of working together as a team. We look forward to applying our insights and would like to thank Bonita Eby for guiding us through another impactful team-building workshop!
